Bulk Data Entry Sets cut-off value if the low rank representation for the structural damping matrix is selected.

`K4CUTOFF`	<Real> Default = 0.1	PARAM, `K4CUTOFF` relates to the FastFRS interface. If the low rank representation for the structural damping matrix is selected, a cut-off value must be set. The value is set using `K4CUTOFF`. Refer to FastFRS (Fast Frequency Response Solver) in the User Guide for more details.
