MKAERO2
Bulk Data Entry To input a table of Mach number (M) and reduced frequency (K) pairs for aerodynamic matrix calculation, in unsteady aerodynamic analysis.
Format

Example
In this example, 3 (Mi, Kj) pairs will be used
for calculation of the aerodynamic matrix.

Definition
Field | Contents | SI Unit Example |
---|---|---|
Mi | Value of Mach number. No default (Real ≥ 0.0) |
|
Kj | Value of reduced frequency. No default (Real > 0.0) |
Comments
- Aerodynamic matrices will be computed only using the defined set of Mach number and reduced frequency pairs (Mi, Kj). This is different from MKAERO1, where the aerodynamic matrices will be computed using all combinations of (Mi, Kj) pairs from the table.
- If embedded blanks are present in any of the pairs, the pair will be skipped.
- In case of MKAERO2, continuation line is not allowed. This is different from MKAERO1 where the continuation line is allowed.
- Multiple MKAERO2 entries are allowed.
- This entry is supported only with Flutter Analysis
