*voxel_lattice_hex_mesh_remove_buffer_layers
Removes buffer layers from all include entities in the voxel domain.
Syntax
*voxel_lattice_hex_mesh_remove_buffer_layers num_buffer_layers
Type
HyperMesh Tcl Modify Command
Description
Removes buffer layers from all include entities in the voxel domain.
This must be preceded by a call to *voxel_lattice_hex_mesh_init and must be followed by a call to *voxel_lattice_hex_mesh_create.
Inputs
- num_buffer_layers
- The number of buffer layers.
Example
To create voxels of size 10 for include components 100-110 and exclude components 200-203, removing a buffer of 2 layers around the include components:
*voxel_lattice_hex_mesh_init 10
*voxel_lattice_hex_mesh_fill_voids 0
*createmark comps 1 100-110
*voxel_lattice_hex_mesh_add_entities comps 1 1
*voxel_lattice_hex_mesh_remove_buffer_layers 2
*createmark comps 2 200-203
*voxel_lattice_hex_mesh_remove_entities comps 2 1
*voxel_lattice_hex_mesh_create
*voxel_lattice_hex_mesh end
Errors
Incorrect usage results in a Tcl error. To detect
errors, you can use the catch
command:
if { [ catch {command_name...} ] } {
# Handle error
}
