Removes elements from a segment set using face nodes.

Description

Removes elements from a segment set using face nodes. If all elements are removed, the empty segment set still exists.

Inputs

name
The name of the segment set to update.
elem_mark_id
The ID of the mark containing the elements to remove. Valid values are 1 and 2.
node_mark_id
The ID of the mark containing the nodes that define the faces of the elements. Valid values are 1 and 2.

Examples

To remove elements 100 and 101 from the segment set "test", for the specified face defined by the nodes on mark 2:
*createmark elems 1 100 101
*createmark nodes 2 201 202
*segmentsetremoveelemsusingnodes "test" 1 2

Errors

Incorrect usage results in a Tcl error. To detect errors, you can use the catch command:
if { [ catch {command_name...} ] } {
   # Handle error
}
