Dissolving a compound block

Use Edit > Dissolve Compound Block to de-encapsulate the blocks one level below the current level. When you execute Dissolve Compound Block, the blocks immediately below the current level move up to the current level. The blocks remain highlighted until the next command is executed to make it easier to recreate the compound block, in case you change your mind.

When you dissolve a compound block, all internal wiring connections are maintained.

To dissolve a compound block

1.    Choose Edit > Dissolve Compound Block.

2.    Click the compound block.

3.    Click on empty screen space to exit this command.
