If you have more than one transition coming from a given state, the transitions are numbered according to their evaluation order. Transitions with lower numbers have higher priorities.

To change the evaluation order
1. Right-click a transition.
2. In the pop-up menu, select Reorder Transitions.
3. Click the transitions in the order you want them evaluated.
