MeshTopology
A mesh entity forming part of the mesh.
Example
app = cf.Application.GetInstance() project = app:NewProject() -- Create geometry project.Contents.Geometry:AddLine(cf.Point(0, 0, 0), cf.Point(0, 0, 10)) -- Mesh with normal mesh settings project.Contents.SolutionSettings.SolverSettings.GeneralSettings.BasisFunctionSettings.HOBFEnabled = false project.Mesher.Settings.WireRadius = "0.01" advancedMeshSettings = project.Mesher.Settings.Advanced advancedMeshSettings.CurvilinearSegments = cf.Enums.MeshCurvilinearOptionsEnum.Disabled project.Contents.SolutionConfigurations.GlobalFrequency.Start = "1e08" project.Mesher:Mesh() project.Contents.Geometry["Line1"]:UnlinkMesh() -- Obtain the 'MeshEntity' that represent the mesh segment wire mesh = project.Contents.Meshes:Item("Line1_1") meshEntity = mesh.Wires["Wire1"]
Inheritance
The MeshTopology object is derived from the Object object.
The following objects are derived (specialisations) from the MeshTopology object:
Usage locations
The MeshTopology object can be accessed from the following locations:
- Methods
- Mesh object has method GetAllMeshEntities().
- Mesh object has method MergeTopology(List of MeshTopology).
- MeshRepair object has method Merge(List of MeshTopology).
Property List
Method List
- Delete ()
- Deletes the entity.
- Duplicate ()
- Duplicates the entity. (Returns a Object object.)
- GetProperties ()
- Returns a table of properties representing the state of the object. The properties table can be used with the SetProperties method to change multiple properties of the object in one step. (Returns a table object.)
- SetProperties (properties Object)
- Modifies the state of the object using the provided table of properties. This method is used to modify multiple properties of the object in a single step.
Static Function List
- GetDefaultProperties ()
- Creates a table containing the default settings to create an object. (Returns a table object.)
