Subcase Information Entry The FREQUENCY command can be used to select the set of forcing frequencies to be solved in a frequency response problem.

Set identification of FREQ, FREQ1, FREQ2, FREQ3, FREQ4, and FREQ5 Bulk Data Entries.

Comments

  1. A frequency set selection is required for transient response by the Fourier transform method when TSTEP (FOURIER) is used. The Fourier transform will be performed at the frequencies specified.
  2. All FREQi data with the same set identification number will be used.
  3. If present above the first subcase, it is applied to each frequency response or transient subcase without a FREQUENCY command.
