Comments
- Only one LOAD entry can be present for each subcase.
- A METHOD entry cannot be present in the same subcase definition as a LOAD entry.
- If the SID referenced by the LOAD Subcase Information Entry matches with the SID defined for a LOAD Bulk Data Entry, the information on this entry alone is selected.
- Depending on the analysis type,
LOADADD/LOAD will be interpreted
as:
- Analysis Type
- Application Method
- Implicit (static/transient) Analysis
-
- Both force and enforced motion (SPCD) are applied as a ramp-up function. This means that 100% of load is applied only at the end of the subcase.
- Explicit Dynamic Analysis
-
- Force is applied as step function. This means that 100% of the load is applied at the beginning of the subcase.
- Enforced motion (SPCD) is applied as ramp-up function. This means that 100% of the load is applied only at the end of the subcase.
