Definitions

Argument Options Description
option <NEW, CONT, SID>
NEW
Mass scaling starts from 0.0 again.
CONT
Mass scaling is continued from the previous Explicit Dynamic Analysis subcase.
SID
Specifies the ID of an Explicit Dynamic Analysis subcase from which the mass scaling is continued.

Comments

  1. MSCALE can only be defined in a succeeding NLEXPL subcase.
  2. MSCALE can only be defined in the Subcase Information Section and not in the I/O Options section.
