Renumber All
This option renumbers the nodes and elements of all the finite element models in the assembly tree.

Assembly browser > Model > right click > Renumber
This option renumbers the nodes and elements of the selected model.
By default, the right-click option uses these Renumber tool settings for nodes and elements:
Nodes: Model-based
Elements: Numbered based on the body and element type
