Adding Material Properties

To add material property to the aircraft windows, the material first needs to be loaded from the Material Database. A property can be defined and assigned when the material is loaded into the model.

Note: When a new database is created, a subset of materials is loaded by default from the Material Database.

For this example, we will use Plexiglass, one of the default loaded materials. As a result, we can skip the step of loading a material from the Material Database and immediately create a material property using Plexiglass.
