FluxMotor Create and export an Inner Magnet part

Tutorial package

This tutorial enables the user to create a part in the SimLab sketcher and then use it in FluxMotor by following these steps:

  1. create a new inner magnet part or adjust an existing catalog part
  2. edit with the sketcher
  3. fix the dimensions / create parameters
  4. select bodies used in the FluxMotor solution
  5. define input/output parameters
  6. create coordinate system(s) if needed for the magnet polarization
  7. assign LBC on faces (bodies) to define magnet / air / lamination regions
  8. check that the part meets all the constraints required by FluxMotor
  9. stress part behavior according to parameter values
  10. export the fully defined part and use it in FluxMotor
FluxMotor Create and export an Outer Slot part

This tutorial enables the user to create a part in the SimLab sketcher and then use it in FluxMotor by following these steps:

  1. create a new outer slot part or adjust an existing catalog part
  2. edit with the sketcher
  3. fix the dimensions / create parameters
  4. select bodies used in the FluxMotor solution
  5. define input/output parameters
  6. assign LBC on faces (bodies) to define slot regions
  7. check that the part meets all the constraints required by FluxMotor
  8. stress part behavior according to parameter values export the fully defined part and use it in FluxMotor
