Molding Loads- Boundary Conditions

Introduction

All external faces should have a boundary condition defined on them.
There should be no duplicate boundary condition
All boundary data is in SI units. Mainly the temperature is in Kelvin
If mold or insert is modeled, a contact condition should be defined between the polymer and the mold/insert.
Mold, mold insert, and part insert are meshed with connected mesh. There are no boundary conditions between them.
It is best to define the vent. If no vent is defined, auto venting will be used. Even if a single vent is defined, auto venting will be disabled.
