This dialog has the options used in importing Permas input file.

Description

  • The Split face option is used to break faces of the imported bodies using the specified feature angle. Elements will be grouped based on that angle and face will be created for the grouped elements.
  • The Create features option is used to extract the planar and cylindrical faces in the imported model.
  • List of cards supported in Permas import: SimLab Permas Interface
  • Support to import BIF & BIFO files.
  • Support added to import *.bif and *.bifo Permas file formats.

Unsupported card read as text format

On import of solver deck the unsupported cards in $CONSTRAINTS, $SYSTEM, $LOADING, $RESULTS and $MATERIAL section are stored in the form of text.
