Fatigue Loading

Fatigue Solution is supported for Linear Static, Non Linear Static and Random Response Solutions. The fatigue loading varies based on the input solution.

  • Linear static or Non-Linear static solution without load cases.

  • Linear static or Non-Linear static solution with load cases.

  • Random response solution without load cases.

Description

  • Each fatigue load is equivalent to fatigue event in OptiStruct.
  • The load history can be defined using predefined fatigue loading types or using user defined loading tables.
  • The following predefined fatigue loading types are available.
    • Fully reversed

    • Zero based

    • Ratio (Curve with loading ratio = 0.5)
