Body Force

This command is used to define the following

  1. Acceleration,
  2. Angular Acceleration,
  3. Angular velocities,
  4. Centrifugal forces.

Description

  1. Body Force can be applied on bodies.
  2. Body Force can be applied with respect to a local coordinate system.
  3. The centrifugal force option is used to apply centrifugal force about the specified axis. This is supported only for Abaqus.
  4. For Abaqus, Body force can be applied on mass elements by selecting mass from LBC browser.
