Vent is a Smart Object used define vent region to allow the air flow in/out in electronic systems.
Description
- Vents are used to enhance convection heat transfer inside an electronic system by providing airflow out to regions with high heat generation.
- In Electronics Thermal Management solution vents are considered Smart Objects.
- Vent should have a corresponding geometrical part in the 3D model
Graph plotting
Volumetric flow rate and pressure drop of vent can be plotted by right click on “Vent” under “Smart Objects” in solution browser.
