Safe Temperature Range allows the user to include sustainable temperature limits for the components involved in the analysis.
Description
This tool provides the information that helps user to review the Thermal sustainability of electrical components under given thermal conditions. Once solution is solved, the users can check whether the given electrical component is safe or not under the given thermal condition. This is done with the help of Review and Plot Contour tool.
Review tool helps to view the list of components with their thermal safety status.
For a given thermal environment,
- Fail indicates that the component is not safe.
- Safe indicates that the component is safe.
- Critical indicates that the component is safe by small margin.
Plot Contour provides the contour visualization of thermal safety status of components.
- Green denotes Safe.
- Red denotes Fail.
- Yellow denotes Critical.
- Blue denotes Safe temperature range is not defined.
