Sensor
User can create a sensor to track physical parameter like voltage/current/temperature/pressure/velocity by defining a point or by selecting face/body. This will be listed under "Smart Objects" in solution browser.
Plotting sensors
RMB click on sensors objects allows to plot any physical parameter.
Shift+RMB click on face/body sensor curve will have the option to switch the type to Min./Max./Average.
Some output parameters are exclusive to each sensor type. The available parameters
for each sensor are listed below:
- Point sensor:
- Temperature
- Pressure and velocity (for CFD or Non-CFD with air simulations)
- Voltage (simulations with electrical effects)
- Surface sensor:
- Temperature
- Pressure and velocity (for CFD or Non-CFD with air simulations)
- Voltage and current density (simulations with electrical effects)
- Heat transferred
- Volume sensor:
- Temperature
- Pressure and velocity (for CFD or Non-CFD with air simulations)Voltage and Joule heating density (simulations with electrical effects)
