Language settings for the Application can be modified using this option.Currently, English and Japanese languages are supported.Theme
Theme settings for the Application can be modified using this option.Currently, Light, Light Gradient, Light Twilight, Blue, Blue Gradient, Blue Twilight, White and Dark themes are supported.Scale UI
If this option is selected, the user interface will be scaled proportionally to the text size.
Scratch directory
This option is used to open the saved location of the database.By default, database will be saved under scratch directory. We can be able to browse the scratch directory location or use the default locationApplication settings directory
This option is used to open the saved location of the application settings.By default,application settings will be saved under application directory.Keyboard Shortcuts

This option is used to add user defined shortcuts keys. Currently, shortcut keys added for all workbench tools, Inspect menu, bottom toolbar and some of the right click options. Standard shortcut keys such as Fit (F) are marked in grey color which cannot be modified.
Current Keys - This option is added to display the tools/options which are assigned with shortcuts.Print Current Keys - This option is added to print the shortcut keys. It will writes currentkeys.csv and currentkeys.txt file in .altair location. Eg: C:\Users\username>\.altair\SimLab_V2017.2.2\simlab.
Reset - This button helps to restore default shortcut keys.Import - This is used to import the keys.
Export - This is used to export the keys.User Defined Environment Variables
This option is used to define the SimLab environment variables and it helps to avoid adding the environment variables in vp_init.bat / vp_init.sh, since some users may not have permission to edit this file. Description can be added for each environment variable for reference. SimLab will consider the environment variables from this user settings. It applies only to the current user.Reset System Settings
This option is used to clear the SimLab Local settings, Project and Scratch Directories.
SimLab stores its local settings such as Preferences, Dialog Value rememberance, Dialog Position rememberance and so on, under each user's .altair folder. This settings can be reset to default by this option. This also deletes the files in user's Scratch and Default Project File Directories.
It applies only to the current user.
