Creates a chart in HMASCII format.

*charts (id,name,color)

Description
Creates a chart in HMASCII format.
Additional attribute or dataname information is provided separately, see referenced commands.
Inputs
- id
- The ID of the chart.
- name
- The name of the chart.
- color
- The color of the chart. Valid values are 1-64.
Example
To create a chart with ID 100, name "my-entity", and color 1:
*charts(100,"my-entity",1)Errors
Incorrect usage results in an import error.
