This tool is used to create spring elements.

General Spring

Spring is created between any two faces or edges or nodes or bodies. This element will connect any degree of freedom at the first node to any degree of freedom at the second node. Ground spring can be defined by selecting a node and specifying a degree of freedom. Ignore midside nodes option will exclude the higher order nodes of the selected entity while creating spring elements.

Iso Spring

Spring is created between any two faces or edges or nodes or bodies. This element will connect same degree of freedom between first and second nodes. Ground spring can be defined by selecting a node and specifying a degree of freedom. Ignore midside nodes option will exclude the higher order nodes of the selected entity while creating spring elements.
