Display Time/Frequency Step

Control which time or frequency step is displayed for dynamic response data.

  1. In the Project Tree, click on a dynamics analysis branch to open the Analysis Workbench.
  2. In the Analysis Workbench toolbar, click Results plot.
  3. Choose the desired results type from the menu.
    The Dynamic time response and Legend dialogs will open. The initial display will be set to the peak value time step.
  4. In the Dynamic time response dialog, click the (Start Animation) button to display all time/frequency steps.
  5. Use the Animation time span field to narrow the animation range.
  6. Move the slider to select a new starting point for the animation.
    You can also use the Elapsed time field to select a start time.
  7. To return to the initial time step, click Show at peak.
  8. Click Close.
