Simplify Clips/Clamps

This tool is used to represent the clips/clamps as multi layers of element on the tubes/hoses.
- Pipe: Select the pipe/tube/hose body.
- Clamp end faces: Select the two end faces of clip/clamp.
- Number of layers: Specify the number of layers of elements.
