Sets the post display options.

Description
This command sets the post display options.
Inputs
- name
- The display option name: tracing, tracking, contour, isovalue, tensor, vector, legend, section cut, measure, notes, axisymmetry, and perspective.
- state
- The display option value: true for on, or false for off.
Errors
Returns 0 if successful, otherwise an error code.
