Use the Continuous Duration Compression Macro

From the HyperGraph Line Chart ribbon, click the Math tool.

From the Math Macro dialog, select continuous duration compression from the Macro List.
Select the curve(s) for which you would like to calculate the continuous duration.
Select the appropriate options under Layout.
Click Apply.
