Sets the auto load/unload contour data state.

Description
This command sets the auto load/unload contour data state.
Note: Setting the enable state
to false causes currently loaded data to be unloaded.
Inputs

- True if contour data can be loaded; otherwise false.
Error
Returns 0 if successful, otherwise an error code.
