Sets the data component for a given component.

Description
This command sets the data component for a given component.
Note: The component dimension
must be enabled before setting.
Inputs
- dim
- The dimension. Options include "node", "line", "shell", or "solid".
- comp_label
- The component label.
Error
Returns 0 if successful, otherwise an error code.
