poIContourCtrl GetMultipleLayerList
Gets the layer list. Returns both Top/Bottom as multiple layers.

Description
This command retrieves the layer list which was set when the Top/Bottom mode was enabled. The retrieved information will be in the form of a list.
Inputs
- hwStringList&
- The Top/Bottom layer information is returned in the form of a list.
Error
Returns HW_Success if successful.
