For cable harnesses, there is a distinction between a local circuit device ground and
the global installation ground.
The multiconductor transmission line (MTL) method
supports a distinction in the concepts local circuit device ground and global
installation ground.

For the combined MoM/MTL harnesses, the device ground indicates the
transitioning point from circuit to full wave solver. Connections beyond the device
