Load Shield Properties from a .XML File
Defining .xml files for the different impedance and admittance combinations for the define properties shield layer.
Note: The data containing phase is in degrees.
Example: Cable Shield Data (Version 1) - No Surface Impedance
An XML example containing fictitious measured data to show the
file format for importing measured cable data when no surface impedance is
specified.
