Co-Site Interference Solution
![]()
Introduction
The Co-site interference solution is used to calculate the interference of various receiver and transmitter systems has on each other. The solution also has the ability to add or remove for example a filter, circulator or cable to the transmitter or receiver and analyse the effect on the interference.

Input Data
The input S-parameters for the Co-site calculation can be extracted from:
- Antenna placement solution
- External S-parameter file

Workflow in SimLab
- Select the S-parameter input source.
- Add equipment to the antenna ports.Note: See the Co-Site Interference analysis section on the various methods to add equipment.
- Select which results to calculate in the Solver settings dialog.
- Run the co-site solver.
- Select the type of interference to display.
- Set the margin limits to display the correct colouring for the result matrix of interest.
Note: See the Co-site Interfence tutorial for more details.
