    • Dimensions
      • In this option, specify the dimensions and X, Y, and Z – coordinates to define the rectangle.
    • Define Plane
      • Define a plane to create a rectangle.
    • Planar Face
      • Select a planar face to define a rectangle.
    • 3 Nodes
      • Pick three non-collinear nodes that define a plane to create a rectangle.
    • 3 Vertices
      • Pick three non-collinear vertices that define a plane to create a rectangle.
  2. Body Type

Users can choose CAD or Mesh body type.

    • CAD

To create a Parasolid CAD body for the defined rectangle.

    • Mesh

To create a mesh body for the defined rectangle.

      • Element Type

Users can specify the element type as Tri3 or Quad4.

      • Number of Elements/Mesh size

Users can specify the number of elements or mesh size in X and Y directions.

  3. Model
    • Existing Model
