This tool is used to create a face from the selected Tri or Quad elements. This tool creates a face from the selected 2D elements. Only the faces with partial element selection get separated as new faces. If all the elements in a face get selected, then that face will be left as such.
- Feature angle
Feature angle is the angle between the adjacent boundary bar elements in the selected Tri or Quad elements. Vertices for the new face will be created if the angle between the adjacent boundary bars is less than or equal to given Feature Angle.
