Spatial quantity: about

Introduction

The user can create their own spatial quantity from the proposed formulas and other spatial quantities.

Use

A spatial quantity can be used:

  • for the exchange of data between applications within a multiphysics co-simulation
  • for the postprocessing of results: 2D curve, predefined computation, sensor…

Definition

A spatial quantity is defined:

  • by means of another tabulated spatial quantity
  • by means of other spatial quantities by means of formulas
  • by means of a multiphysics co-simulation (see § « Multiphysics co-simulation : principles »)

When to create a spatial quantity

A spatial quantity can be created at any moment in the description of the project.
