Description
- Select the solver type and the required analysis type and export the solver input file.
- The write option is used to export the solver input files in different forms
either as a single file or separate files for each models/bodies
- By Default all model details are written out in a single file.
- The By Models option will export, each model details in separate files and these files are referred in a main file.
- The By Bodies option will export, each body details in separate files and these files are referred in a main file.
- The Part Assembly option is supported only for Abaqus, where each model details are written out in Abaqus Part Assembly format.
- User can set various solver and analysis specific option in the Advanced options.
- The Renumber toggle will renumber the nodes/elements starting from 1. If users have predefined the node/element IDs and would like to preserve in the solver input file, then this option should be avoided.
- The Remove orphan nodes toggle will delete any unused nodes (the nodes which are not associated with any of the elements or Loads and Constraints) when exporting the model.
- On Data Check, the solver will be executed, the exported data will be verified and the report will be created.
- On Solve, the solver will be run/executed directly from SimLab and the results will be loaded into SimLab automatically for visualization.
- The Data Check and Solve button will be enabled only if the solver path is configured during SimLab installation.
- On Export, SimLab exports the model and loads & constraints data based on the solver specific format.
