Refine
This tool is used to refine the BGAs on the regions of interest. After refinement, the BGA mesh pattern is updated on the copper pads, package, and board. BGA refinement is supported for all the BGA mesh types created in SimLab. For more details, please refer Create BGA.
Solder faces
Select the solder outer curved faces for refinement. If the solder outer faces are scribed, it is sufficient to select any one of the faces and the refinement will automatically be done for the entire solder.
Circular count
User can select any one of the four supported circular counts for the desired level of refinement. The supported circular counts are 16, 24, 32 and 40.
Axial count
Specify the desired number of axial elements along the solder.
