Import
Description
This tool is used to import the customized BGA into SimLab. Supported for BGA shapes customized using the Surface Evolver tool.
Auto Hex Mesh
This option is used to create hex mesh automatically for the BGA shapes while importing.
Note: If hex meshing fails, the tessellation will be imported
by default and the user can manually hex mesh the BGA.
