Filter items in the model tree and details tree according to the specified criteria. The filtering can also be applied to 3D
views.
In the model tree, at the top right, click the Project Filter icon to open the Project
Filter dialog.
In the Label filter group, specify the Filter
text and the Filter matching options:
Partial
Filter the tree by matching partial text in the model and details tree.
Exact
Filter the tree by matching the exact text string in the model and details
tree.

The following filter criteria are supported:
Items with errors
Suspect items
Hidden items
Items with missing mesh elements
Items with local mesh sizes specified
Items with coating specified
Items that use the specified mesh settings
Items that use the specified medium
Items that use the specified variable
Faces that use a specified solution
Regions that use a specified solution
Wires that use a specified solution
Numerical Green's function items
Filtering options include the following:
Show only root level parts
When this option is selected, only root level parts are shown in the model
tree.
Apply filtering to 3D views
When this option is selected, the filtering is also applied to the 3D
view.
When the Project Filter tool is active, the text
(filtered) indicate that the model or details tree are only
showing filtered entities.Figure 2. The text (filtered) indicates that Project

To disable filtering, re-open the Project Filter tool and
unselect the filter items.
