Change the Color of Entities

Change the display color of entities in the modeling window.

  1. Select entities then do one of the following:
    • Right-click in the modeling window and select Color from the context menu.
    • Click the color swatch in the column of a browser.
    • Click the color swatch in the Entity Editor.
    A color palette displays.

  2. Optional: Change the color scheme using the drop-down menu.
  3. Choose a new color to represent the selected entities.
Tip: If multiple entities are selected, click to automatically assign unique colors to them.

Auto-color is not available from the Entity Editor.

Create and Assign Custom Colors

  1. From the color palette, click .
    The Color Picker dialog is displayed.

  2. Define color properties using the custom color widget.
  3. Optional: Click Add to save the custom color.
