Close Gap

It extends the edges along the defined direction to meet the selected faces. A new face is created to fill the gap between the original and the extended edges. The input edges and faces should belong to same body.

It extends the edges toward selected faces closest element. Estimate Gap gives the maximum extension distance. You can edit it.

This is used to close gaps between two set of faces, whose free edges are within gap value. Estimate Gap gives the shortest distance between the free edges of the 2 sets of selected faces. You can edit it.

• Ignore edges

  These edges won't get closed even if they lie within the given gap value.

  Select the faces that needs to be connected and estimate/enter the gap value.

  

  The gap that lies within the given value will be filled.

  

This is used to extend two planar faces at the intersecting line. The given faces should not penetrate each other.
