Create Stator
This option is used to create stator, copper and resin with Hex elements.
Stator type
There are three different types of stators. Each one is defined by set of dimensions.
- Trapezoidal Slot
- Round Head Slot
- Flat Head Slot
Stator Center
Center point of the stator.
Define/Modify Axis
Define the axis for the stator.
Stator height
User can specify the height of the stator.
Number of slots
Number of slot cut-outs in the stator.
Radial mesh size
Mesh size in the radial direction of the stator.
Axial element count
Number of elements along the height direction of the stator.
Create Resin and Copper
This will create resin for the specified resin width (Br) and copper bodies in addition to stator.
Create Non-uniform Mesh
This will create quad mesh transition next to the slot in the stator.
Stator cross section parameters
These are the parameters which defines the cross section of the stator.
