  • Definition
    • Dip Line Layer: Define of the Artwork Layer with Drawn Dip Lines (Dip Line is straight line crossing the PCB).
    • Connector for Dip coating fixture: Define of Connector Component Attached to Dip Coating Fixture.

  • Checking
    • Clearance between Dip line and Connector (for fixture): Verify the Clearance Between Dip Line and Fixation Connector. If the inspected object crosses the Dip Line, it is considered as fail regardless of the Clearance.
    • Components below the Dip line: Verify the Components that Must be Placed Below Dip Line in the Direction of Dipping.
    • Component Group: Set the Components and Measure Base that Should be Located Below the Dip Line.

    • Clearance to Dip line: Verify the Clearance Between Components Set in the Component Group and the Dip Line.
