Create and Edit Arc Lines

Use the Arc Lines tool to create arcs for geometry construction, edit free arcs, and create/toggle filled arcs.

New arcs are organized in the same component as the entity where the center point is placed.

When there is ambiguity, the Arc Lines tool switches between possible inferred normals.

  1. From the Topology ribbon, Shapes tool group, click the Arc Lines tool.

    • Edit the radius and angle values in the microdialog and press Enter.
    • Click to translate and rotate the arc using the Move tool.
    • Click to fill the shape.
    • Click to imprint lines.
  4. Double-click on an arc to edit its dimensions.
