    PollEx DFA is an assembly status checking toolset for PCB design based on 3D package library.

    - Start DFM
      From the menu bar, click Option > DFM > Input after reading the design file to make a DFM input file.

        Check an item for the panel board size to see if the size is standard. Follow the instructions to set checking parameters.
        Board Spacing
        Analyze clearances between the contour of the array board and the sub-boards.

Sub Board Placement

Check the sub-boards placement order and soldering direction.

The Sub Board Placement dialog contains the following sections:

Single Board’s Direction Checking: Check the soldering direction marks and their placement validity.
- Solder Mark Component: To check the placement and correct direction, specify the soldering mark component group.
Single Board’s Numbering Checking: Check the ordering of sub-boards.
- Circle Shape Geometries Existing Layer: Specify the layer where circle marks are located.
- Text Existing Layer: Specify the layer where text style numbers are located.
Misalignment Mark Checking
- Misalignment Mark Definition
  - Component Group: Select the misalignment mark from component list.
  - Board Figure Geometry: Input X and Y size if the misalignment mark is drawn as a board figure.
- Searching Range
  - Mark Searching Area from Corner: Specify the search range to recognize the misalign mark from the board corner.
- Placement Checking
  - All: Check if the misalignment mark is placed on each corner of the board.
  - Diagonal: Check if the misalignment mark is placed on diagonal position of the board.
  - Individual: Check if the misalignment mark is placed on specified corner of the board.
- Mark Width: Check if the misalignment mark is designed to the specified thickness.
