Magnet

Overview

In Motor Factory – Design area, the environment “Magnet” allows to design the shape and dimensions of the machine magnet.

Three sections are available: Design, Polarization and Skew.

1	Selection of the Magnet panel (Click on the Magnet icon) Several sections allow defining all characteristics that deal with the magnet: Design, Polarization and Skew.
2	Access to the section dedicated to the design of the magnet. Note: By default, the section Design is selected.
2.1	Selection of the shape and settings of the user inputs dedicated to the design of the magnet.
3	The Polarization tab gives the tools to define the polarization of the magnet.
4	The Skew tab gives the tools to define the magnet skew topology.
