Weld Sequence
This tool is used to define multiple weld robots. Each weld robot represents the details of weld sequence.
Description
- Each weld sequence contains the details of corresponding weld trajectory definition, heat source details, torch speed and its start time.
- Based on the weld bodies selected it automatically pick the corresponding weld path file.
- Specify the Heat Source / Inherent Strain.
- Enter Torch speed and Start time.
- Length of the weld calculated from the weld path nodes.

End time also calculated from the start time, length and speed.
EndTime = StartTime + (Length / TorchSpeed)
- Same body can't be participate in more then one weld robot.

In Thermal and Coupled analysis, create weld sequence using heat source defined in that solution.
Welding sequences for fast distortion (inherent strain-based) analysis
In Fast distortion analysis, create weld sequence using inherent strain defined in that solution.
