Reservation Efficiency

This report provides insight into a licensed feature with reservation, focusing on how efficiently the reservation group is utilizing the reserved licenses.

Goal: Using the Reservation Efficiency report, you can determine the concurrent peak usage for the members of the group. For example, if there are 10 users defined for the group, ideally, you want to see the cumulative used hours percentage on the higher end, representing at least 7-10 active users. If you observe that peaks are occurring with only 1-5 users in a 10-user group, it indicates that not all users are using the software concurrently. In such cases, you may want to consider redefining the group members.
