InsightPro License Analytics

Insight Pro for License Analytics is an Enterprise solution to help understand the usage characteristics of Software Licenses that are managed by various License Managers. Insight Pro for License Analytics is a comprehensive reporting and analytics solution that tracks license usage. The solution's primary objective is to help right-size software inventory for optimal use of licenses. License Analytics data collection sub-system enables streaming up to 300,000 checkouts per second to an HPC scheduler that can perform License Aware Scheduling.

In addition to the above, License Analytics enables calculating charge-backs to regions and departments if departmental and regional hierarchies have been defined using the Organizational Hierarchical Structure Creator module.

Besides providing standard usage reports such as license usage over time, License Analytics provides advanced reports for understanding Reservations of licenses, Package Usage, Token-based licenses and other special license business models.

License Analytics includes a separate module to track the usage of software on Windows 11 desktop machines in the organization. The Desktop Software Usage Analytics module (DSUA) can obtain software inventory across all windows desktops in the organization and usage of this software. If such software entitlements are known, DSUA can assist with providing Compliance Reports. DSUA can be configured to track a limited set of software packages of choosing.
